So very true.... Elegance is an attitude... It's more than just a physical appearances. It's a complete package of Beauty, Brain and Behaviour.
The way you treat people, your courtesy and compassions as well as your passion to learn new things and share your knowledge to others.... all counts when you want to call be called Elegant Lady...
What about " Not Elegant " ? .... well, just restraint of doing the following things....
